Samut lets you smash those big bad ass creatures into your opponents faces as soon as they hit the board. Obviously. She herself smashes face as soon as she hits the board. As long as you didnt flash her. Obviously.

This deck started out as a shell for creatures I think are cool and which Id like to play, but never found a good fit for in other decks. Big stompy stuff that is outclassed by things like Craterhoof, Wurmcoil and the other ten odd creatures that are better than the rest of everything ever printed, but still scream "put me in a damn deck already you unimaginative fool, you already have enough lame combo decks and Grave Titan is the wrong color anyway".

Adding as much removal and evasion as I could was the next natural step, along with a host of ramp to get things going. Also some stuff to get those sexy extra combat phases for additional face smashing. Et voila, my casual, fun, smash you in the face with creatures everybody wished they had a deck for deck.
