Looking for some input from folks on how to refine the decklist to make it more consistent, have it fire off quicker and reduce the overall CMC. Thanks for any help people can suggest.

Ongoing draft of a mana denial deck. Game plan is to get a couple of mana rocks out early [hopefully at least one will be a colored source] and then stunt opposing players' mana with cards like Quicksilver Fountain, Sphere of Resistance, Wildfire, Winter Orb, Smokestack, Opposition [to tap down lands] and Blood Moon while using Saheeli's second +1 ability to either stick a fatty out and crush or build an army of thopters and/or servos to take down hindered opponents.

The featured card The Locust God is key to both offense and defense. Try to save card draw for when it is out to make as many hasty flyers as possible for fueling Opposition for opening up attacks, tapping down attackers and locking down lands on upkeep.

Protect your artifacts by using Memnarch to turn Padeem, Consul of Innovation into an artifact and give all your artifacts hexproof.

Have included some budget replacements under the maybeboard for those who weren't fortunate enough to be able to buy duals for $10 apiece like I was back in the day. IE: OUT-Volcanic Island-->INIzzet Guildgate, OUT-Blood Moon-->IN-Parallax Tide, OUT-Sphere of Resistance-->IN-Tangle Wire, OUT-Mana Vault-->INBasalt Monolith, OUT-Wasteland, IN-Field of Ruin. Those 5 substitutions should save about $635 or so.
