This commander turns into an enchantment and prevents all damage that would be done to creatures you control. This means that the creatures can be destroyed, exiled, or shuffled into a deck, but cannot be effected by any source of damage.

The 99 is a white weenie and angel tribal. Lots of removal, draw, ramp, and token cards to go wide.

There are a number of cards that redirect all damage to a creature which is prevented and makes you immune to damage and effects that trigger from it while the two permanents are out.

This is my current version of the deck that I own.
