This is the most recent version of my Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant deck. This is one of my newer decks, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. Unlike a lot of Rune-Tail decks, this deck is not simply focused on damage prevention or lifegain, instead it contains some very brutal and synergistic stax pieces that disrupt opponents and help the deck grind out a win. I've gotten lots of compliments on this deck, and when I play it at MagicFests or new game stores, it almost always draws a crowd as people try to figure out why my opponents are completely unable to kill me. It is a blast to play!
