I wasn't really going for a W40K theme deck, but I can see how having both Nurgle's Rot and Great Unclean One in the same build can give the wrong impression.

Anyways, I noticed that Nurgle's Rot is actually super powerful when used as a resource. Enchant an opposing creature before wiping it out with Attrition - boom, you have another body to pitch for just an extra each time. Tatsunari also gives you a body to pitch each time you replay the Rot, letting you save up your demon tokens. Since you're playing an enchantment each time, you'll be drawing cards via Hateful Eidolon and wearing your foe down thanks to Grim Guardian. Between that and Serrated Scorpion as sacrifice fodder, you should be able to keep your opponent's life low enough for Great Unclean One to score more free bodies... and, I mean, hopefully bring him down to zero!
