This is a budgetless deck aiming to be the strongest definitive build. However, you may of noticed there's an immense sideboard; this is meant for the more casual or budget conscious players - all the cards are serviceable but they're not optimal. I highly recommend finding a group that is okay with proxies to some degree, especially if you never intend on playing in sanctioned tournments. Anyways, any comments or upvotes are appreciated!

Basic Game Plan

Have out our commander, another creature (preferably one with lifelink) and something that allows us to pay life freely like Unspeakable Symbol . We pay a hefty sum of life, activate our commander, place counters on a creature and turn sideways.

Notable Exclusions

Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood , now I'm sure some of you are thinking these enchantments fit perfectly in here but they don't. They have a hefty cmc and only provide minimal advantage but only if we're already ahead. Also, the combo is highly telegraphed and way too expensive to pull off consistently.

Also, for anyone interested here's a build for a lot less! I'll probably be incorporating some of the stuff from this build into this none budget one.
