Here's the first take at my Rakdos, Lord of Riots deck based on my current collection. It uses artifact synergies and uses Rakdos to reduce cost and play a bunch of big artifact creatures!

Cards I probably should add giving a quick look at artifact staples:

Foundry Inspector/Jhoira's Familiar: Gotta love more cost reduction than even Rakdos provides.

Ugin, the Ineffable: Same as above but also better, gives CA, and removal. Nice.

Shimmer Myr: Flash is a solid keyword.

Daretti, Scrap Savant: Good recursion and filtering. Ultimate is gross.

Scrap Mastery: I mean... I like all my things coming back at once.

Junk Diver: Another Myr Retriever

Walking Ballista/Hangarback Walker: Both are just amazing dumps, sometimes with this deck I've gotten a 20 in cost reduction. A free 10/10 of either would be super nice.

Deflecting Swat: Good protection for Rakdos himself, as he is an important piece.

Gamble: Affordable tutor. Things in the grave can be reanimated too so not that big of a deal.

Krark-Clan Ironworks: I'd take this over Ashnod's Altar I feel since I do have some smaller artifacts to sac, and all the creatures I'd WANT to sac are artifacts anyways.

Mycosynth Lattice: If not for just Vandalblast to be funny.

Codex Shredder: Recursion + maybe a good way to get rid of lands with Bolas's Citadel.
