The elemental snowball; this deck is all about playing more than your opponents with the insane ramp and card advantage Risen Reef gives you.

a big key for how this deck plays is the early scry and the abundance of bounce. playing your Augury Owl or your Sage's Row Savant turn 2 helps ensure that when you play your general on the third turn, you're ramping into your 4th land. the big advantage here is that if your general is dealt with (beside being countered), the you're more likely you are to play your 5th land, and in turn play your general again, and repeat this process. repeatable scry/ deck fixing becomes even more valuable as the game progresses. Cards like Sigiled Starfish and Descendant of Soramaro will allow you to continuously fill your board, and let you decide when you want lands and when you want creatures.

Cheap bounce like Unsummon and Snapback will afford more flexibility, allowing you to replay Risen Reef, respond to removal, and also doubling as short term removal. Again, the idea is that risen reef in tandem with all the other elemental's are going to just out perform most other cards having an elevated Coiling Oracle ability tacked on (you may choose to put the land in your hand for what it's worth).

the deck's win cons include overwhelming the board with creatures, as well as the obligatory Capsize lockdown; it's not unrealistic to have 7 lands turn 5 and at that stage with capsize its relatively hard to lose.
