When I play this deck, I make one promise: The last person to veto my card draw effects gets milled first. (If nobody vetoes my card draw effects, I'll distribute mill evenly.) So, if anybody pays for Rhystic Study or doesn't repeat Trade Secrets at least once, they become my only target. This rewards players who let me draw cards and punishes players who don't let me draw cards. Once I have lots of cards in hand, I use Tolarian Winds, Flux, and Teferi's Tutelage to deliver on my promise.

Alternatively, whenever a player allows me to draw, I could let them choose another player to be milled.

It's always fun to show somebody how you can currently mill them out, then hold that over their head for free draws off Trade Secrets.

Psychic Corrosion is an awesome card but it undermines the reward and punishment theme this deck is built around.
