Veteran Explorer/Cabal Therapy interaction makes sure you ramp into mana, while disrupting their early game. Both cards can be considered as card advantage. Also in Legacy it is not uncommon that opponents play close to 0, if not 0 basic lands. The biggest advantage is gain being able to control the board with Pernicious Deed and have some cmc > 3 creatures out. In general, NicFit is considered GBx, where x can be virtually any splash, even colorless Eldrazi. This version is focused on Siege Rhino and Path to Exile. Sigarda is also a game winner and a reason to splash white. White, in addition, enables a wide variety of hatebears as anti combo elements. Combo is, of all matchups, the most difficult for this deck.
