Aggro plan is simple.... turn creatures sideways. Ghired needs to swing safely so protect him with evasion and shroud with equipments. Save "indestructible" instants for board wipes or use them before you cast your own boardwipes. Best combo of cards is with Breath of Fury and anything that enables haste. Just keep equipping breath of fury to a new token and you have infinite combat steps.
