RG DEFENDER

So, this is still in the process of being worked on, hence why there is no SB yet.

The premise of the deck is pretty simple: cast walls, cast more walls, cast walls that deal damage based on how many walls you have, profit.

Thankfully, WOTC has printed a lot of good walls over the course of magic, so curving out is really easy. A turn 1 Tinder Wall can lead into an easy turn 2 Axebane Guardian or Vent Sentinel. Though, this isn't always a great idea, given that sacrificing you're wall early may hinder your actual acceleration into getting a lot of Walls out quickly.

In the deck you get a nice defensive creature in Ogre Sentry. The 3/3 body does leave him dead to a Lightning Bolt, but will usually help stall out any early aggressive decks at least 1 turn.

You have your own Lightning Bolt to help clean up any problem creatures, and also gives you a way to kill your own Dragon Egg if you can't bait them into attacking. One of the great things about this is the great synergy of Dragon Egg and Axebane Guardian. It is actually pretty easy to catch your opponent off guard with a few 6+ damage attacks in the air, when they've been focusing on all your other creatures.

And of course we have our two mvp spells.

Faithless Looting works wonderfully in getting to the cards you need. And having so much mana production in the creatures allows most discards to safely be lands.

Apostle's Blessing can be a life saver in keeping Axebane Guardian and Vent Sentinel alive, along with making sure that Dragon token is able to get that big hit through.

That's pretty much the idea behind the deck. Let me know what you think and where some improvements could be. Thanks for checking out the deck!
