Main way to win is to consistently slow the opponent down with all the bounce or counter spells, while simultaneously getting small creatures out. River Sneak is at least a 2/2 more often than not, so consistently poking at them with that unblockable can make games go by pretty quick. Leyline of Anticipation just makes it easier to work around your opponent since you can flash anything in whenever. Then Harbinger of the Tides + Merfolk Trickster + Naban, Dean of Iteration can clean up a board if your opponent has two big hitters. And if they've only got one big hitter, then Harbinger of the Tides + Merfolk Trickster is all you need.
