Welcome Everyone!

Some starting information. I am relatively new to Magic The Gathering. This is my first ever commander deck, and first deck in general. Some friends have given me some cards to upgrade with and combos to play. I want this deck to be a relatively inexpensive token-generator deck that has support to build small units into bigger ones. Any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated! I do have the entire Vampiric Bloodlust set and can re-add any cards if recommended!

Combos

There is only one real combo I know of that I might want to eventually include in this deck, the obvious Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond . That said, I don't know if it will slow the deck down too much so I've elected right now to take out Sanguine Bond.

Cards To Add

As I want this to be a cheap(er) deck and will upgrade as I can, the cards I immediately want to get are Anointed Procession, Radiant Destiny, Vanquisher's Banner, Cathars' Crusade, Twilight Prophet, Diabolic Intent, Florian, Voldaren Scion, some land fetches, filters, and shocks. I also have Legion's Landing   and am wondering if I should add it. I was told it was a "win-more" card a while ago but it seems easy to transform in this deck and I could probably use the mana fixing. Guidance is definitely welcome here!

Maybe-Not Cards

There are a handful of cards that I am on the fence for. I am iffy on the combo Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond mainly because I fear it will slow the deck down. That said, I do not currently own Exquisite Blood so I can not test it. Coat of Arms I'm also unsure about because it can also build up my opponents. My play group runs some overlap of creature types and I want to avoid building them up as well.

Conclusion

I'm sure there are a lot of cards I'm missing but these are the ones that immediately come to mind. Please recommend anything at all! I'm eager to learn more about cards, card combos, and anything mtg!
