New set means a few new upgrades. This deck was thrown together a long time ago and has had only a few changes. The few changes it did have were just bigger and meaner dinos to replace less effective ones. With the spoilers of the new Ixalan set and dino pre-con, this deck is going to get a little bit of a facelift. Some changes will be listed in the comments! Cool combos will be listed here in the description!

Combo: Polyraptor + Marauding Raptor Super silly combo that draws the game out. Love this combo when other decks are popping off and a win doesn't seem obtainable. It infinitely draws the game out so it can't be stopped unless you or another player kills Marauding Raptor. If you have Warstorm Surge it's an easy win... If you run it. I possibly still may add it but it's not on my list just yet.

Sunfrill Imitator and Roaming Throne are both new cards that in a sense copy Gishath's ability which means more triggers, but a lot of the dinos in my deck have effects that with Roaming Throne will trigger twice! My only issue with Roaming Throne is that he isn't a dino unless he's already on the board so just be weary if you run it.

Hunting Velociraptor is also a new card that in a sense should help get dinos out more quickly! All you gotta do is swing! I don't like starting sentences with but... But imagine turn 1 you get a mountain and Sol Ring out, turn two Hunting Velociratpor comes out. If you get combat damage on someone on turn three... Here comes your boy, Gishath, Sun's Avatar.

These aren't super crazy, but they are worth mentioning. Both Curious Altisaur and Earthshaker Dreadmaw give some draw in the fashion of dinos! I can't complain and they're getting a shot in my deck!

Another new card, Savage Order plus this little guy, Apex Altisaur makes for a great board wipe and it's a dino! Gotta love it!

Last but not least, I can not fail to mention the new Ghalta. Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant is a must in this deck! Big dinos can and will get stuck in your hand. Hitting him with Gishath just means more dinos coming out! A little shout to the new Ghalta, but it will also be getting a spot in my Xengos, God of Revels Deck! Gotta love things coming out for free, am I right!?
