Hey first time posting a deck on this website! Any advice/ideas on anything about my deck is highly appreciated! Thanks for your time.
The purpose of this Black/White 1/1 Servo Token deck is to be up to speed with the current standard meta. (The mighty 3: Jeskai Control, Mardu Vehicles, & B/G Counters).
The goal of the deck is to swarm the opponent with 1/1 Servos that keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger from +1/+1 effects from other synergistic creatures like Chief of the Foundry & Angel of Invention. The big wombo-combo is releasing the kraken...I mean, The Westvale Abbey
Demon: Ormendahl, Profane Prince by (best case) sacrificing 5 tokens to the land's ability with Zulaport Cutthroat on the battlefield. Additionally, another ramp demon combo is releasing Herald of Anguish, consistently on turn 4 or 5 by using the Servos for its Improvise cost ability!
And even if the combos don't happen with the Demons because of card draw, I'll for sure have a ton of servo's that by turn 4 and on are 3/3's or 4/4's. And Selfless Spirit is to help protect from boardwipes like Radiant Flames or Fumigate. Although Yahenni's Expertise & Declaration in Stone could be a problem if drawn against my Servos.
As of Feb. 26th; I have beaten out the B/G counter deck. On a perfect hand for both of us it can go either way, but I swarm the mid-game stronger. The same applies with a control deck. Having an issue figuring out what the best sideboard options are against a control deck with the blue: Torrential Gearhulk Dynavolt Tower & counter spells for days..would be other than artifact removal, such as Decommission. And also Mardu Vehicles the key seems to be more removal for their flyers such as: Aethersphere Harvester & Heart of Kiran.
What do you think player? Thoughts/Ideas for better sideboard? Especially geared towards control?
Also, in the mabyeboard im very intrigued with using most: Treasure Keeper, Underhanded Designs, & Call for Unity. Oh and Battle at the Bridge + Resourceful Return. But they all feel too slow for the decks in the top meta right now...and mine.
