I've always wanted to make a Legendary Tribal deck, but the problem with that is both that there are too many and too few Legendary (creature) cards. Too few because there are so few Legendary cards with actual Legendary synergy, and too many because if you want all the cards that do have synergy, you need to be in 5 colours, which means the cardpool of very powerful Legendary cards is gigantic, making it very difficult to cut cards for such a deck. Because of this problem I chose Reki, the History of Kamigawa as my commander. Not only does this commander have a Legendary pay-off stapled to it, but it also restricts the cardpool of Legendary creatures to just those that are in green, making making a selection that much easier.
