Now that we know just how bad at her job Elesh Norn is, and now that we know that Urabrask, Heretic Praetor is more like Heretic Traitor, it's time to start looking for a real leader for Phyrexia. Vorinclex couldn't follow a plan across the street if it had flashing lights, and Sheoldred was talented, but is now slightly dead. Jin-Gitaxias has the credentials (kidnapping and compleating a planeswalker, stealing The Reality Chip), the intelligence, and the snappy hakama to take the position. And he's the only one that didn't obviously die in one of the stories, he was just being eaten by his own critters, so the position more or less defaults to him.

This deck's pseudo-Commander is Master Transmuter, who can cheat anything from Blightsteel Colossus to Portal to Phyrexia into play for the low cost of {U} and a Seat of the Synod. Outside of that, there's an array of counterspells and draw effects, a little bit more poison and proliferate, and some big toys for The Great Synthesis   to play with.

I especially welcome feedback for this deck; I'm not building it in paper, this is pure theorycraft for the practice, so budget's no object. It's also a little different from my usual stuff, so I'm sure I'm overlooking something. Right now, it needs more counters to proliferate.
