This list for Eddie wins by combat damage with huge vampires, graveyard combos to drain out our opponents, or just by grinding out the win with a recursion value engine to recast low CMC vamps. Incidental lifegain can keep us at the table longer, and can be paid into Bolas's Citadel for late game value.

So, let's talk about the win conditions.

We can infinitely recurse a 2 power (or less) creature with Karmic Guide + Reveillark and a sac outlet. In this deck that is Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter (also grows very large and can wipe our opponents' boards), Falkenrath Aristocrat, or Ashnod's Altar (also happens to make an infinite amount of colourless mana - we don't do anything with it though).

So, how do we win with this combo? Inject Blood Artist or Cruel Celebrant to drain out our opponents, make our other creatures on the board arbitrarily large with Cordial Vampire, or make an arbitrary amount of Vamps with Elenda, the Dusk Rose.

If we can't assemble any of these combos, the default plan is just to make a bunch of vampires and swing for big with our anthems. Coat of Arms and Shared Animosity can win the turn they come down if our opponents see our counter ramp or other anthems coming.

We can also get lots of value by recasting our vamps from our hand. Any of our sac outlets can put low CMC Vamps in the yard to return and recast with Phyrexian Reclamation. Together Forever can catch our creatures with counters on as they head to the yard for us to recast. Eddie Boy puts counters on all of our vamps when he attacks, but we have a few other ways to do this - Drana, Liberator of Malakir will do it on first strike damage, so almost as fast as our main man Eddie, Olivia Voldaren does it for 1{R} (expensive, I know!), Elenda, the Dusk Rose and Bloodtracker can do it on their own (but cost a bit too much). The real MVP here is Cordial Vampire - who puts counters on all of our Vamps when another creature dies, allowing us to sac our tokens, put counters on any cheap vamp and recast it - starting a cycle where we can swap the creature we sac and keep building up a token army. It gets bigger faster with Anointed Procession on the field.

Lastly, we have Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top , which allows us to draw our entire library (with enough life to spend) or potentially even cast all of our spells for free! This deck isn't optimized for this particular combo, but should gain enough life to allow you to get huge value anyway!

Updates Add

Based on comments from Last_Laugh, I have made a few changes:

Necropotence for Read the Bones - More repeatable, higher volume draw. The discard-to-exile clause is not an issue for this deck, generally speaking. True Conviction for Door of Destinies - A more impactful anthem the turn it comes down. Also granting double strike to Drana, Liberator of Malakir (lil' combo!) and an extra lifelink source is nice. Orzhov Guildgate for a Swamp - The {W}{W}{W} in True Conviction needed an extra White source
