Prosper is your Commander in a deck designed to exile cards in multiple ways each turn. With his second ability, you will make a ton of treasures that will help between turns to cast instants from your hand or exile that will again make treasures. During your turn, creatures like Dream Devourer allow you to foretell each card in your hand; Grim Hireling + Professional Face-Breaker are there to help you with any card/treasure ratio; and Reckless Fireweaver and Mayhem Devil will squish the life of your opponents before they even blink.

Chandra and Tibalt are in this deck for fun and to help the engine go, but the scariest fun comes from the variety of sorceries and enchantments that will fill your hands with mischief.
