When I think of {U} auras/voltron does not come to mind. Over the last couple of years WotC has pushed power levels in all directions. This is my first attempt at a mono blue "aura's/enchantments matter" deck design. Rayne, Academy Chancellor has been in decks of mine in the past but always as a supporting character. I think there are enough support cards now to make it the main focus. The mini wizard tribal theme happened organically.

Kira, Great Glass-Spinner has such a unique/strong point of synergy with Rayne. Tidal Barracuda makes it stupid.
