As the name states the entire goal is to out value your opponents. Rashmi enables you to play two cards for the cost of one a lot of the time. This automatically boosts the value of all of your spells. I am not sure what the deck needs if anything, but I feel like more draw and or more ramp might help. Any advice is appreciated.
