More adjustments —June 6, 2017
Made the following 3 recent changes:
Avenger of Zendikar --->Soul of the Harvest: Avenger is in so many of my green decks I was getting bored of it. This isn't a dedicated landfall or token deck so I thought it was an appropriate cut. It usually just ate up a removal spell. For 1 CMC less Soul of the Harvest gives me card advantage, a beater with trample, and is less of an automatic target for removal.
Kiora's Follower --->Simic Signet: There are no untapping shenanigans in here. Kiora's Follower was effectively a 2 CMC mana dork. The signet provides me ramp without being vulnerable to creature boardwipes.
Nissa, Steward of Elements --->Plasm Capture: This one surprised me. I thought Nissa would be a star in here. She usually just felt too fragile for what she did. It was rare that I'd get her loyalty high enough to make her free creature/land playing worth it. The deck felt like it had enough top deck manipulation without her. Instant-speed control is what makes this deck's engine really hum. Plasm Capture increases my counterspell count back up to 10.

Any consideration for Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir? He helps you take advantage of Rashmi triggers on everyone's turn, he also stops people from responding to her triggers since your opponents can only play at sorcery speed.
