Its just a Rakdos deck that uses lots of hand hate to slow you oppenents down, destruction to remove their threats, Bob to keep the hand somewhat filled and Kroxa to do KROXA things. You try to hand hate their answers out and soft lock them out with Liliana(Veil and Waker). Dreadhorde to recure all your soceries or instants for more value later. So you just try and grind to the mid game and late game and just have straight value in a more limited color scheme.
