The idea is to get a hit in with rakdos and dump your hand. Includes lots of ramp because we don't want all these 6+ drops getting stranded in hand if we can't get an early Rakdos to stick. Have been slowly replacing pingers like Thermo-Alchemist or Nettle Drone with evasive creatures like Stormfist Crusader and Sin Prodder that also have the potential to offer up some value later.
