Utilize Manaforge Cinder to fix mana allowing you to cast Spike Jester or Jund Hackblade on T2/T3 consistently.

Manaforge Cinder also lets you chain Burning-Tree Emissary into Goblin Bushwhacker to pull off a true bushwhack.

The deck is rather fast when it goes off and the abundance of 3-power creatures lets you get over Augur of Bolas and other 3-toughness blockers that gives mono-red goblins issues, but it can also stall out pretty hard and has a difficult time against lifegain.
