A color shifted rebuild of my Anafenza Enchantments

The idea is to slow down my opponent's boards with Authority of the Consuls, Kinjalli's Sunwing and Blind Obedience while shutting down combat with things like propoganda or Ghostly Prison until I can build up Rafiq of the Many or another combat specialist for assassination/commander damage.

It still needs some counter spells and probably some more lands, but I'm still trying to figure out what to cut for space.
