This is a pretty straightforward deck. Play cheap artifacts as quickly as possible, play Qumulox around turn 4, then hold up mana for counterspell protection from removal while you beat your opponents to death with a giant flying mecha-squid.

The best part of this deck is that PDH has no board wipes that hit non-creature artifacts. That means you'll accumulate quite a few, keeping Qumulox costing 2 or 3 mana, even if it's removed several times. When combined with a few ways to give haste, this means you should almost never miss a turn of beating face.

The cost of the deck can be dropped a ton just by ditching Arcum's Astrolabe and the snow lands, if you're worried about budget.
