A Commander deck built around Queen Marchesa. I'd like to match the deck thematically with the commander. As part of that, I'm including a lot of cards which reference the Monarch in one way or another. While I'd like to become the monarch frequently, that will make me a target, so I also want to include some cards that will off set that, making others attractive targets as well.

This is my first attempt building a commander deck from scratch, as opposed to modifying a pre-con, so I'm sure it will need to be changed a fair bit even once I have a first 'final' decklist.
