Rakdos deck featuring Prosper, Tome-Bound as the commander:

Basic strategy of the deck: Exile lots of cards, then cast them out of exile to get your treasure hoard flowing. Then use said treasures to cast more stuff. Or go for victory if you have Revel in Riches or Hellkite Tyrant on the battlefield.

Another strategy is to ping your opponents using cards such as Marionette Master, Mayhem Devil, Nadier's Nightblade and/or Reckless Fireweaver.

Academy Manufactor + Xorn makes you many many tokens, and this in turn will make Hellkite Tyrant a very happy dragon.

FYI, cards cast from Foretell, Adventures, Suspend, and Cascade also count as casting from exile. Which makes Dream Devourer, Wild-Magic Sorcerer, Profane Tutor, and Volcanic Torrent great options in the deck.
