My take on this precon. Build in progress.

We are looking to cast Prosper ASAP and if at all. Or at the very least start generating as much value as fast, for when Prosper hits the battlefield we are ready to go off.

Possibility Storm helps (it really does) when fighting against control and/or answer-heavy decks by switching out what your opponents don't want, while at the same time, if you have Birgi and Prosper with this enchantment, generating mana to keep this going. Add Varragoth to this mix and you can exile just what you need, every time.

Add Grapeshot to this mix and you may have a wimcon at the ready (paired up with Bolas's Citadel and Sensei's Divining Top).

I run Vedalken Orrery for when you exile stuff with Prosper and have some mana left over, flash in anything in response. That way you don't really have to wait til your next turn to play tgose spells (sorry, lands). This also works with your Revel in Riches. Once you have enough treasures piled up, just flash that in on the end step before your turn. Tibalt's Trickery, Pyroblast, and Red Elemental Blast ensure your wincon stays for that special moment.

I know that i am missing quite a few staples here (like vampiric tutor, and others that allow for topdeck manipulation) those are still a bit over my current budget. I am proxying 2 cards in this list (mox diamond and vedalken orrery) since my playgroup allows for proxies of the more expensive stuff, everything else i have obtained through scraping off bits of paychecks and trades with friends over the course of the 20 years i've been playing mtg. So bear with me on this :)
