The deck likes mana, Mind Stone comes down on t2 to ramp into a 4 drop. Late game you can cycle it away for a card (or recur it with Sun Titan. Ghost Council was never a star player in the deck but always decent. It was either him or Hell's Caretaker. We'll see if more changes are needed.
