Arch of Orazca has an easy condition to achieve in a deck full of permanents. The cost to draw a card is a bit high, but it allows you to dump extra mana in the late turns.

War Room is insane in Karn ! Not much to expand on.

Bottled Cloister is a form of hand protection and lets you draw an additional card each turn. We're running only 2 instants, so not having a hand during our opponents' turns is not really a downside. It sucks if this gets removed while it's not your turn, but the advantages outweight the disadvantages.

Eye of Vecna lets you draw an additional card each turn for a small cost.

Memory Jar is the best hand refiller in colorless. This is pretty much mandatory in a deck that has troubles drawing reliably.

Mind's Eye is a wonderful engine ... when it sticks !

Staff of Domination is a multi-purpose artifact and in case of troubles allows you to draw.
