This deck is my version of modifying and upgrading the Precon Deck Primal Genesis. It is very much still a work in progress. Instead of catering to multiple commanders like WotC like to do, I settled on the primary commander Ghired, Conclave Exile and built around that. I removed alternate commander Atla Palani, Nest Tender and Marisi, Breaker of the Coil.

Some of the added dards include:

• Crashing Footfalls - if you're lucky enough to get on turn 1 you set up a great board state for turn 4.
• Mirari's Wake which boosts both creatures and mana.
• Advent of the Wurm, Coursers' Accord, Godsire and Armada Wurm all fit the token theme.
• Who doesn't want free dragons each turn with Dragonmaster Outcast?
• Flameshadow Conjuring is great too as you can populate before you have to exile it. And nothing says you have to exile the copy of the token.
• Harmonic Prodigy will double a Shaman's or Wizard's triggered ability. Those aren't too common, but a few cards here benefit from it - the Commander can re-trigger as can Dragonmaster Outcast, Gruul Beastmaster, Sultai Flayer, and Akoum Stonewaker for some cool doubled-up effects (although they're useful as is, too).
• Garruk's Uprising to complement the effect of Garruk's Packleader.
• Fervor and Hammer of Purphoros add haste so your tokens are useful to attack right away.

The fun combo in there is:

• Ivy Lane Denizen on the battlefield, then play
• Herd Baloth (preferred for 4/4 tokens) or Scurry Oak for infinite tokens ("may" means you can stop it)

Selesnya Signet, Gruul Signet, and Boros Signet are all very handy ramps to improve on some of the default etb tapped lands they provided, some of which I removed to speed things up.

I find it plays much better than the original and I tried to really keep the cards that I left in as well as the ones I added true to the theme of tokens and populating.
