So, this is the first deck that I've tried to build completely on my own. I do know that I want it to be a White/Blue deck with flying. The issues that I'm having is that flying advantages cost more in mana. Any help is appreciated; What are some of the biggest things I should think of when building a deck? Also, this deck is simply for non-competitive play between friends. I have no intention of competing with it.
