Kelsien is a cheap poker that gets permanently stronger every time he kills something after using his poke. By adding ways to get him deathtouch and untap him, the experience counters can be stacked quickly while targeting any size creature, and then he can hopefully swing for huge hits. Threw in some backup plans like Goblin Sharpshooter, and equipment creatures like Champion of the Flame.
