Do you like Infect? Do you like Exalted? Do they seem pretty powerful together? YES!

This deck is a midrange-oriented version of your usual infect deck, only with a few beautiful additions. Here we take advantage of the exalted mechanics to power up Blighted Agent or Glistener Elf while we keep the opponent in a lockdown with big defenses and utility control spells.

DECK TECH

First, I'll explain why each of these colors are in this deck and how we can make good use of them.

White - The white part of the deck is oriented to early aggressiveness as well as protection and safeguarding. Spells like Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Sublime Archangel take care of the beating while Path to Exile and Apostle's Blessing help me defend myself.

Blue - Blue generates card advantage for me as well as helping me control the board with Serum Visions and Remand doing the job. Also, blue detains one of the most important creatures of this deck: Blighted Agent which is primary win-con.

Green - Green is here for the aggressive potential, the early mana ramp and the battle-phase alternatives that help me control the board. Notable cards are Glistener Elf, a secondary win-con, Rancor for early aggressiveness, and Birds of Paradise, the card that takes Noble Hierarc's place here, despite doing only half the job.

COMBOS AND SYNERGIES

In this deck, you have two main win-scenarios: Infect and Beatdown. I'll explain how each of those happen now.

-> Infect - Here you end the game either with Blighted Agent or Glistener Elf using exalted buffs from creatures such as: Rafiq of the Many, Sigiled Paladin, Sublime Archangel. A particularly strong combo is Blighted Agent + Rafiq of the Many + Sublime Archangel which ends the game in one blow, potentially on turn three if you have at least one Birds of Paradise. Elspeth can do Sublime Archangel's job too.

-> Beatdown - In this case, you don't have any infect creatures to beat with, so you go with brute force using Rafiq of the Many's ability together with Rancor or other exalted triggers. The giant damage output of this version makes a divided onslaught possible, putting pressure on the field. If Baneslayer Angel is on the field, you can generate a huge advantage over your opponent this way too. Usually, this scenario gets the job done by turn 4-5 too.

UTILITY CARDS

Qasali Pridemage - A beautiful weenie, indeed. A drop two with exalted that let's me destroy that problematic Blood Moon without further ado.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes - Ajani's here not for his ultimate as some may think. He helps me power-up weenies, as well as search my deck for key strategy cards and big creatures such as Rancor and Rafiq of the Many.

Baneslayer Angel - A HUGE weenie. Can clear the field pretty easily and recover my life points too. Pretty helpful against decks with a very high damage output on the mid-late game.

Sigiled Paladin - A ground first-striker with exalted. Good in any of the two main scenarios and particularly effective with a Rancor on it.

Path to Exile - Early removal. Potentially a land fetcher for me when a weenie is about to die. In a tight situation it can help fix a land problem too.

Remand - Tempo utility that generates card advantage. Slows down the advance of a faster deck.

Serum Visions - Helps me with the topdecking and can help put pressure on the field earlier.

Apostle's Blessing - Here for the protection against hates, but can help a Glistener Elf or any other common beater pass the enemy defenses unnoticed too.

CARDS I WONT USE

Tarmogoyf - A huge beater, but does not contribute with the decks overall mechanics.

Distortion Strike - An interesting spell, but that's all. Can help with the damage but there are better cards for that.

Knight of the White Orchid - A very powerful utility weenie, but does not have exalted and the deck does not have a mana base problem, so I decided to go with Sigiled Paladin instead.

That's it guys! I hope you liked the deck =)If you have any suggestions, please don't hesitate on giving me your advice XD
