Just make sure you've got a Ramunap Excavator/Crucible of Worlds, use an Azusa, Lost but Seeking, or any other extra lands dorks, play an Asceticism just to be safe and lock the door, then cast your Walk the Aeons with buyback in the bag each consecutive turn. If counters are heavy in your meta, you might sideboard a few creatures. Running an Uyo, Silent Prophet, you can copy enemy counterspells before you fissle a win.
