Maybeboard

I kind of modeled this deck after a SpyMaster of Trest deck. But instead of trying to set up a bunch of small evasive creatures that draw you into extra turn spells so you can repeat every turn. I am trying to make a bunch of small evasive creatures that then get me treasure and let me play by opponents spells. So the deck is mostly just small evasive creatures and cheap counters to protect from board wipes (my current group is very board wipe heavy so having a lot of ways to counter it is needed) and there are a few other bigger cards that help with the playing opponents spells idea.

The idea is definitely weaker than Spymaster; however, I wanted to make a deck that played a lot with the opponents spells so that way it would be a good deck to play with new groups, since it should never be too powerful or too weak. I know that playing a Dimir clones deck would probably be more effective but I just want to try it with Pirates. Because Pirates. Also I chose Izzet instead of Admiral Beckett Brass for two reasons. I already have a Grixis deck and want to make a different one and because I think the Admiral would receive more hate, since I think people are much more against me stealing their things in play vs a random card off the top.

A few criticism I can already see is the lack of board wipes, win conditions and ramp. The lack of board wipes and ramp were somewhat intentional because I am very low mana creature heavy that looses a lot from board wipes. Makes me think I can get away from with the the board wipes and the ramp, also Malcolm is reliable turn 3 ramps and it is possible to steal ramp with Breeches.

The main idea for win cons is really to take them with Breeches. I know that isn't very reliable and focusing a lot on having my commander and creatures, which is why i am runnings Mind's Dilation and Stolen Strategy since they kind of act as back up Breeches. Vadelken Schackles also kinda falls into this category; however, it mostly is just a card I have and really want to play but don't have a deck to currently put it in. There is also the Glint-Horn Buccaneer and Malcolm combo to win but to do acknowledge that I probably will need to add some other possible win cons.

I was able to play my first game with it and it has played fine, but made me realize that although I can protect my board from board wipes, protecting my commanders from the stray path or other single target removal was much more difficult, so I added in the 2 shoes, Kira and Monastery siege to help protect them. Let me know if there are better ones in missing
