This is my version of a competitive EDH deck. I hardly ever play this against people.

The plan is pretty simple tutor for Ad Nauseam then draw most if not all your Deck. Use Skirge Familiar & Krark-Clan Ironworks to generate lots of mana and then use Retract & Hurkyl's Recall to bounce and replay the artifact to generate storm. use discard and counter spells to protect it, kill everyone. It basically kills while everyone is still setting up on turns 2-4. Since Extract type effects are not very common it has a pretty good win percentage.

The Total CC for the deck as of right now is 71 so the most damage you can take from the Nauseam is 66. I wouldn't mind trimming a few points of damage.
