Triton Tactics supports Phenax, God of Deception by allowing you to untap Walls of Frost to mill again for another 20 cards, 34 in total in one turn :) Fated Infatuation to make another Wall of Frost or Siren of the Silent Song in a pinch.

Traumatize offers a great way to fast-forward the mill on Turn 5, and Grim Return allows you to steal some of that power from your opponent.
