When I saw the Persistent Petitioners leaked in the Ravnica Alliance release, this deck has been brewing in my mind. I mostly play with a group of friends, but none of us have successfully made a mill deck and won through those conditions. I am looking to break that habit, and break out of my aggressive playstyle. The plan is to get the pillow fort up and get the petitioners out and milling my opponents out. Everything else is supposed to protect the Commander and me or add into the aid of milling my opponents. Tweek suggestions are appreciated, but keep in mind I don't want to break the bank.
