The main point of the deck is to gain life and make pest tokens. The deck is mostly built around Dina, Soul Steeper + Witherbloom Apprentice . Having both of them on the battlefield is ideal. The deck also runs a healthy amount of cards that allow you to learn and grab a lesson card from your sideboard, which fuels Witherbloom Apprentice. Make lots of pest tokens to use a chump blockers and/or sacrafice fodder for Plumb the Forbidden.

This deck is mostly casual and likely better in multiplayer settings. Only using cards from the strixhaven set (minus land for efficiency). If I were to do changes I'd run some of the cards that can give Witherbloom Apprentice Hexproof or Indestructible.
