Super budget but highly playable Valentin, Dean of the Vein   deck focused on Bridge from Below and a lot of control. Normally Bridge from Below has an effectively zero chance of surviving a turn cycle in a multiplayer format, but with Valentin, Dean of the Vein   in play, (nontoken) creatures your opponent's control are exiled instead of dying. Valentin, Dean of the Vein   also doesn't exile creatures that die on his side, so cards like Foster can keep the advantage rolling as the game progresses.

With that in mind, the goal is to suit up Valentin, Dean of the Vein   and start controlling the board. Outland Liberator   and Stronghold Assassin function as instant speed removal, while Plaguecrafter and Shriekmaw are good sorcery speed options. Creatures like Shriekmaw can additionally net either a pest with Valentin, Dean of the Vein   or a zombie with Bridge from Below depending on what's available. Almost every removal creature in the deck has a way of getting itself in the graveyard, and with a cyphered Midnight Recovery on Valentin, Dean of the Vein  , you can keep a chokehold on the board. Lastly, thanks to Valentin, Dean of the Vein  's innate Menace keyword, one never has to worry about missing a draw with Keen Sense.

Winning combos include the classics: Peer into the Abyss + Psychosis Crawler , Necrologia + Psychosis Crawler , and Chain of Acid + Witherbloom Apprentice with any indestructible noncreature permanent.

Prices represented on the side are a bit out of whack; cards like Chain of Acid are like 50c rather than the displayed $2. With price fluctuations taken into account, the highest this list will likely get is $25, but I'm saying $30 in the title because I feel it's deceptive otherwise.
