That's right, we're going cat tribal. And we're using none other than the most tribal commander ever printed, Morophon, the Boundless. Since Morophon is covering the colored cost of our spells, the rest of the deck is more concerned about dropping our bombs and refueling as quickly as possible.

Since this is a creature-based deck, Beast Whisperer will help. And even though it's helping our opponents as well, Howling Mine will help ensure early card draw advantage. Included in the deck is Karametra, God of Harvests. Karametra does multiple things for the deck. First, mana acceleration. That's a given, and with Morophon's ability we can drop more creatures per turn. The subtle 2nd benefit is that doing this will thin out our deck, meaning less instances of top decking lands. Now, let's dive into the litter box and check out the variety of felines included.

The approach I took with this deck is aggro control. With this deck, we need to be swinging into our opponents first and foremost. If we are not hitting, we are at least setting up a board and playing cards that benefit from playing creatures. I'm referring to cards like Qasali Slingers, Impact Tremors, Purphoros, God of the Forge and Aura Shards. These cards let us impact the board, whether it's group slug or artifact/enchantment hate. Rin and Seri, Inseperable will help not just create more tokens, but has an activated ability that will surely give us back health in a pinch. And with how many cat spells are in this deck, we will have enough dogs to make his ability worthwhile. When we are ready to swing, Marisi, Breaker of the Coil and Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist will lead the charge. Both of these savages will ensure that whether it is this combat or the next, we will hit our opponent's for maximum damage.

I added some spice to the deck in the form of cards like Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt and Necropanther. Even though mutate is an alternate casting cost, it still gets reduced due to Morophon's ability. Although we aren't going too heavy into mutate, this still gives our deck an additional removal and reanimation effect. Plus, slapping Snapdax onto a creature like Skycat Sovereign gives us a flying double striker with a decent body and a way to not just make tokens, but also pump itself up. One infinite combo is included: Saheeli Rai and Felidar Guardian. Not only can this win us the game, but it's 100% a flavor win. I mean, how can anyone say no to an infinite number of hasty CATS?

Feel free to play test the deck and let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
