I have a Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck and I realised Thundering Djinn does something similiar. Albeit, you need to draw the cards before the attack trigger.

The plan is to cast our commander and use cheap cantrips to pump up his ability, then attack. Although he has flying, we have some ways to give him unblockable too, so that we have no fear when attacking.

The backup plan is always our 2 lovely eldrazis and a bunch of creatures with Prowess to storm off.

Muddle the Mixture tutor target should be Whirlpool Rider or Tolarian Winds , allowing us to wheel our hands to increase our 'draw count'

Rush of Knowledge should only be cast with our big cmc creatures out, netting up to 8 cards from the eldrazi.
