I've been testing out ways to play Eldrazi in Pauper and so far this wall-ramp method is the one that I like best. It consistently powers out Eldrazi on turn 4, and the walls do a good job of keeping the opponent's creatures at bay until then. If you'd like a few more threats in the deck and don't mind waiting until turn 5 to cast your Eldrazi then Vine Trellis could easily be swapped out for Vent Sentinel, trading some speed for threat density.
