General Rundown of the deck

I was tasked by one of my mates to build a commander deck that included Enter the Infinite as he had never seen it see play before. So naturally, i thought I'd make it a deck.

Because it's for a bit of fun, i decided I'd include some other interesting cards, including some other high cost cards cough cough Omniscience cough

Basically, what I came to, is a deck that is able to pull any card it needs to through clue utilization, lock down the board using counters and mana-abilities, and just generally having fun messing around with the field. More details in the later sections.

Proliferate is in there to boost up the loyalty counters on Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Tezzeret the Seeker . As well as provide a way of dealing with some of the bigger creatures when Contagion Engine hits the field.

Fetching

This deck essentially relies on being able to search the library for the cards needed.
That's where all the clue tokens come in handy. By the use of Tamiyo's Journal + Erdwal Illuminator + Clone + Cackling Counterpart
This gives us a free search of the library every upkeep, allowing us to get our other combo pieces together. To aid this, we can also use Bearer of Overwhelming Truths + Blade of Selves and Trail of Evidence in order to generate more clues (Which can also be used as artifacts for other purposes too.

The use of artifacts is really important in this deck too, and so we use Trinket Mage and Fabricate to pull the initial artifacts we need (Amulet of Vigor, Spellbook, Sol Ring, Tamiyo's Journal )

Using Patron of the Moon was another goal I had in mind, as I'd never really looked into his uses. What I found was he has really good synergy with Amulet of Vigor + Thawing Glaciers + Uyo, Silent Prophet . This will allow us to pull multiple islands onto the battlefield in one turn.

Alternatively, you can use Ornithopter + Flooded Shoreline + High Tide + Patron of the Moon + Thawing Glaciers to achieve the same result (and infinite mana at the same time)

Board Control

For board control there's a few options and a way to stop a few different things:

Non-land board clear: Cyclonic Rift + Jace's Archivist . As well as clearing the board, you'll get to draw a lot of cards too possibly making use of Jace's Erasure + Sphinx's Tutelage

Land Clearing: Jace's Archivist + Sunder . Through the use of mana generators like Sol Ring, Gilded Lotus, and Mindstone , you can use Patron of the Moon to bring all your lands back and then destroy everyone else's using Jace's Archivist

Creature Control: Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor + Archetype of Imagination . As long as you can maintain the cost, your creatures remain untapped, while everyone else's stays locked down.

Counters: I don't think I need to cover this a lot as it comes standard in but I will point out the synergy with Counterlash + Omniscience and the utility of using Sphinx of the Final Word, allowing you to play without fear. Jace, Unraveler of Secrets is useful here too, if you can get his emblem, opponents are going to be slowed majorly.

Slowing: Utilising Mana Breach , we can slow opponents down while carrying on ourselves by using Amulet of Vigor + Patron of the Moon . No problems there.

Win Conditions

Self-Mill: Enter the Infinite + Foresee + Laboratory Maniac .
Have Maniac in play, then cast Enter the Infinite. Place your card from hand into library and then cast Foresee . Win.

Mega-Mill: Sphinx's Tutelage + Jace's Erasure + Psychic Spiral + Enter the Infinite.
Have Jace's Erasure + Sphinx's Tutelage in play, cast Psychic Spiral in order to re-bolster your library. Cast Enter the Infinite and deck your opponents by making them attempt to draw circa. 90-180 cards. Win.

Crab Mill: Hedron Crab + Patron of the Moon + Ornithopter + Flooded Shoreline + High Tide + Amulet of Vigor.
Have all 4 cards in play. Return Ornithopter and 2 Islands to your hand using Flooded Shoreline . Play the 2 Islands by using Patron of the Moon while milling 6 cards of an opponent due to landfall. Repeat until decked. Win.

Overwhelmed: Enter the Infinite + Omniscience Two ways to go about this combo.
1. Have enough mana in play to cast both (). Cast Enter the Infinite, draw all your cards, cast Omniscience, play everything else. Win.
2. Have Omniscience in play. Cast Enter the Infinite, play everything. Win.
