Sideboard

Sorcery (1)

Artifact (1)

Version 4(?) of Padeem. The deck is pretty simple: play artifacts, draw lots of cards, find a way to protect Padeem to keep the hexproof artifacts/card draw engine going, then just turtle until you win.

There are some cards in this that are sub-optiminal (the three Mage's are ok, but could be replaced), Torpor Orb is largely meta-specific, etc. And a lot of card choices take budget into consideration (Metalwork Colossus instead of Blightsteel Colossus).

Ways to win

Most combos require a few pieces, but most can be found with lots of card draw/tutors. Sensei's Divining Top helps to smooth out draw.

Mycosynth Lattice + Darksteel Forge + Nevinyrral's Disk

Broodstar or Master of Etherium and Rogue's Passage or Whispersilk Cloak. While there are rare circumstances where combat with several creatures can be effective, it's most often that you're attacking with one of these two once there are several artifacts on the board.

If turtling and drawing into a win doesn't work, you can always use Unwinding Clock with any mana rocks and Blinkmoth Urn to put counters on Walking Ballista then ping opponents.
