This deck is made for multiplayer modern free for all magic. The extort mechanic is especially effective when you have multiple opponents. The idea is to make it so opponents don't want to attack me and instead focus on each other. All the while, extorting a bit from each of them until I bust an infinite combo and win.

Infinite Combos:

Vizkopa Guildmage (ability 2) + Exquisite Blood + extort = all opponents dead in one turn

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood = Win

Key Individual Cards:

Crypt Ghast: Mana acceleration + extort

Blind Obedience: slow opponent down + extort

High Priest of Penance: Highly underrated card for holding enemy at bay. NEVER attack with it

Vampire Nighthawk: Great defensive card
